Apparently I like to make people mad, so here's a Supernatural rant
Here's something that makes me a bit mad.
People dislike Sam.
Okay, okay - I kinda get it, a little bit.
(Actually, I don't. I really like Sam Winchester. He's awesome! <3)
There's just one, itsy-bitsy thing that pisses me the hell off about Dean.
See, Sam tried to bring him back when he went to hell, right?
Did Dean?
Did Dean Winchester search for a way to bring Sam back from Hell?
To my knowledge, the answer would be no.
And then, after Dean gets back from Purgatory, he yells at Sam for not looking for a way to save him.
What the hell, Dean?
I believe that, to Sam's knowledge, Dean was in an unreachable place.
PURGATORY.
According to the show, there's not many ways to open Purgatory. Now, I've not actually watched said season for ages, but for all intents and purposes - Sam didn't open Purgatory because he didn't find a way.
And then there's some bullshit of Dean accusing Sam of shacking up with Amelia (I think that's her name, the lady he left as soon as he knew Dean was alive) when, news flash, Dean shacked up with Lisa the moment Sam jumped into Hell.
I don't think it's right, is all. I don't think it's all right for Dean to accuse Sam of moving past him when Dean did the same exact damn thing with Lisa.
Don't get me wrong, I love both boys. I think I just feel a little more sympathy for Sam. It can't've been easy for him, especially since he'd been fighting off Hallucifer on top of everything else.
And Benny?
Don't even get me fucking started, because I hate that vampire.
Maybe I'm not being quite fair.
Dean really didn't think about opening the Cage for Sam, so that I understand. Opening the Cage would've been a dumb-ass decision, but -
but. But there's still a very large part of me that's enraged. Sam's been through Hell longer than Dean.
This is my opinion. Please, feel free to hate it. I really, really don't care.
